ScoutCircle is a live presentation on some aspect of Scouting followed by a question and answer period.
Viewing options -
if you have a Google+ account follow ScoutCircle. You’ll be able to view the ScoutCircle hangout directly from Google+ and ask questions by commenting on the hangout.
If you don’t have a Google+ account you can view the presentation from the ScoutCircle.org homepage and send your comments and questions via the email link or through twitter using the #scoutcircle hashtag.
